Hodge Podge 2/20/2024

Hey friends. My house is a disarray and I am trying to catch up on all things after being sick all weekend and not doing anything. Today I am doing a fun link up with Joyce over at From This Side of the Pond with Hodgepodge.

1. What kind of thinker are you-doer concrete thinking) analyst (analytical and abstract thinking), orator (logical thinking) inventor (imaginative thinking) or original thinker (creative)? What makes you say so? You can try this little quiz (link here) to help with your answer.

I took the quiz on the link and I agree with the results.
Doer: 75%
Analyst: 25%
Orator: 38%
Inventor: 38%
Original Thinker: 63%

2. Do you own a crock pot, air fryer, and/or instapot? Do you leave said small appliance sitting out? How often do you use it/them? Favorite thing to make in one of these?

I own a two crock pots and an air fryer. I am also currently borrowing my mother in laws instapot. My air fryer is always out, it is also our toaster and gets used numerous times a day. Both crockpots are stored in or mud room. In the colder months I use 2 to 3 times a month if not more.

3. What's something you hold a strong opinion on that matters not at all in the grand scheme of things?

I am going to have to think about this and come back to it. ...

4. Describe the view from your window.

Right now I am sitting in our kitchen/dining room at the table. Looking out the window I see our wood pile, logs all over the backyard that need split, and the field beyond that. There is also some snow still on the ground from over the weekend.

5. Do you have a favorite brand? Explain.

Does Disney count? I really am not drawn to any specific brand for anything.

6. Insert your own random thought here.

The sun is shining today with temps close to 50. I am so ready for spring and everyone to be healthy.

Thank you for stopping by!!!!! If you are new here,

  2. It's a beautiful day here and supposed to hit 60. I think spring is here, although it's still very chilly early morning. My daffodils are blooming, my iris have popped up, and leaves are returning to the trees. Now to brace for pollen season which is a real thing and not my favorite. Have a great day!
