What We Ate Week 4

 Hey friends. It has been another week of not eating what I had on my original menu. Everything happens for a reason. I feel like I was meant to change up my meal plan sharing for this year to show that life doesn't go as planned. This year has been a rollercoaster of sickness, extra kids, weird schedules, snow/freeze/ice days, etc. With all the craziness and not eating what was on the menu I don't have to go grocery shopping this week, well right now I may have to grab odds and ends by next weekend especially with it being Super Bowl Weekend. But here's what we ate


Brian requested dunkable eggs, he really just wanted me to make breakfast. 

I made sourdough bagels, half everything but the bagel seasoning half white cheddar. 

With the bagels we normally make chicken sausage egg and cheese bagels sandwiches

I also made a cinnamon roll sourdough focaccia


Cut up veggies and hummus have been my go to this week. Also Simply Pop popcorn and protein bars from my wellness box.


Lunches have mostly been leftover soup or a shake. 


Sunday- vegan chili and steamed crab legs

Tuesday- Ground Turkey tacos

Wednesday- Ground Turkey quesadilla 

Thursday- Get Well Soup

Friday- homemade sourdough pizza

Saturday- Grabbed odds and ends out of the freezer, tator tots and popcorn shrimp. I was only feeding myself and the kids were all sick so I was eating something quick.
