Friday Favorites

Hey friends. We made it to Friday. It started off a a good, then I spent two hours pulling weeks on Tuesday and flared up my back. I was in a lot of pain and uncomfortable on Wednesday and most of Thursday. Thankfully today I am feeling better. We have a busy weekend ahead with the start of baseball, soccer, and a birthday party.

Even with spending a lot of time this week on the couch, there were some favorites.

Time for some Friday Favorites with these lovely ladies: Erika, and Andrea.

~ ONE ~

New nails. I had a different nail tech do them this time and I like shape and the thickness of them better than my usual girl. Unfortunately he only works on Saturdays and that isn't the best day for me to get my nails done. Ella picked out my nail colors Taylor Swift themed- teal is 1989 album and purple is speak now.

~ TWO ~

Spring cleaning. I cleaned out the sand box and the toy box that is outside. The kids helped clean up all the toys by rinsing them in the water table. All the leaves, bugs, and spiderwebs are gone.

~ THREE ~

I made a little friend. This little butterfly was flying around the patio while I was on my laptop outside earlier in the week. He landed on my laptop a few times, on my head once for a second, and on my hand. I got a video of him sitting on my hand.

Anna also made friends with a little ant.

~ FOUR ~

I have no idea what these two are doing. Ella has been wonderful with playing with her siblings this week.

~ FIVE ~

My little flower worker as she called herself. She pulled most of the dandelions that were in our flower beds. She ended up filling the bucket to the top. Now she wont take these flowers out of the house, they are dieing and I am worried about bugs.

Anna is also officially signed up for full day Kindergarten in the fall and Safety town.

~ SIX ~

Our deer friends are back. We didn't see them much this past winter or early spring.

~ SEVEN ~

I should have taken before pictures. I did some of this flower bed. We never finished this flower bed last year and it is on the list to get done soon this year. We are actually going to make this flower bed a lot smaller, right now it goes down the yard a lot it is hard to see in this picture.

Here is the other flower bed that we redid last year. Brian tore up the bushes that were originally there then planted new bushes. He put down weed block under the mulch. I only had to weed around the edges and where the holes are from the bushes that had any weeds.

Our bushes are starting to slowly bloom with red

and pink flowers
