Tuscan Sausage Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cups sun dried tomatoes
Directions:
- In a large pot, cook pasta according to directions on the package.
- In a large skillet, brown sausage.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer.
- Whisk in seasoning and Parmesan cheese until the sauce has thickened.
- Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes until wilted.
- Add pasta to meat mixture. Stir until well combines
- Serve
