Monthly Musing February 2025

Hey loves. A quick post today and linking up with Monthly Musings for How We Show Love with  Patty and Holly.

1- What is your love language?

I just did a random free love language test and it said my love language is acts of service. Before 3 kids it was physical touch, how that changes when your kids never leave you alone.

2- Favorite love songs?

I don't know if I have a favorite favorite. A few I like are :
  • God Gave Me You- Blake Shelton
  • I'm Gonna Love You- Carrie Underwood
  • I Wanna Be With You- Mandy Moore
My mind is drawing a blank.

3- Flowers, chocolate, or something else?

All of the above. I am a chocolate and flower's girl. Cook me a delicious dinner and I will be happy. I will also never turn down a trip to Disney World

4- Favorite romantic / romcom movie?

Early 2000s rom coms are the best.
  • How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days
  • 10 Things I Hate About You
  • 13 Going on 30
  • Forgetting Sarah Marshall
  • She's All That

5- Favorite childhood Valentine's memory?

I remember every Valentine's Day my mom would get a bouquet of roses, then my sister and I would each get one rose. I later learned my mom got 10 roses and the other two made the dozen.
Side note Brian always gets me a bouquet of flowers then Ella and Anna get one flower out of the bouquet too.

6- How do you celebrate Valentine's Day?

We normally just get the kids something small, Brian gets me flowers and chocolate, and we do a nice dinner at home.

7- Any love or romance traditions?

No

8- When do you feel most loved?

When we are doing something together as a family.

9- Big night out or chill at home?

Chill at home. I am not for the crowds or craziness of going out anymore.

10- Do you wear red/pink on Valentine's Day?

Usually I wear something pink.

Thank you for stopping by!!!!! If you are new here,
