Hey loves. I have tried and shared many protein shakes over the years. Some I have tried have been chalky tasting, others give me stomach issues, and some have been delicious. I love how quick it is to make a shake and walk out the door. Lately I have been making a shake before work then drinking at work instead of grabbing for snacks. On the days off I make a shake as an afternoon pick me up.
My current favorite protein powder is Proflex Pro from the wellness box. It has 30 grams of whey protein in one scoop (and doesn't bother my stomach like some whey proteins). I am a chocolate girl 100%. I also use the regular Proflex that has 20 grams of protein in vanilla when baking.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop chocolate Proflex Pro
- 1/2 to 3/4 frozen banana (really whatever breaks off when I am grabbing one)
- 1 Tbsp PB Fit
- 8 oz coconut milk
- 4 oz water
Directions:
- Add liquids to the blender cup to get proper measurements.
- Add banana, protein powder, and PB Fit.
- Blend for 60 seconds or until smooth.
- Serve
- Enjoy!!!!
*** I only add ice if I am taking to work, but I don't blend the ice.
