Sunday Reset 5.

 Hey loves. Another Sunday post. Happy first Sunday of May. Let all the craziness continue for the next 6 weeks of school.

I am sharing a few tips that I am doing to help make life a little easier for the week ahead for all of us. 


1- Calendar and Calling in the Village- Put everything on my daily calendar for the week. Every night there is at least one activity going on. Some nights it takes a village to get 3 kids everywhere and/or needing a sitter. This week sitters are needed, one night being just my oldest, another night asking Grandma for help. I hate waiting until the last minute to get help. 

2- Habit Tracker- Its a new month and I have kept saying I am going to back using my habit tracker sheets. I printed them out and I am ready to go. Here's what I plan on tracking:
  • 80 oz of water a day
  • Workout - goal 4x a week
  • Outdoor Walk - 2x a week
  • Indoor Walk- 2x a week
  • Photos delete a day - each day delete the photos from the day (ex search May 1, May 2 etc)
  • Devotionals
  • Journal
  • Wash my face before bed (I am good about doing it in the morning)
  • Nightly stretching
3- Sleep- Kids had showers/baths yesterday. Tonight is early bedtime for a full nights sleep and prepare for the week ahead. There is also state testing for one child that they need rested for.
