Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate

Last week Ella had two days off school for Freeze Days. (you can find out more about our freeze days HERE) With it being so cold out it was the best time to make homemade slow cooker Hot Chocolate. This was my first time making it, but won't be the last. It was so delicious and creamy, but oh not healthy at all. (Next I want to try a healthy version.) Both kids had 2 glasses. In my book that is a win.
I posted about this hot chocolate earlier this week and got so many requests for the recipe. Here it is. Hope you love it as much as our family does.
