Apple Cider Donuts


Ingredients:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp all spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted


Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
  1. Preheat Oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl. mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, all spice, and salt. Slowly mix in apple cider, milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Beat until well blended.
  3. Fill each donut cup 3/4 full. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. All to cool  a few minutes before removing from pan.
  5. In a shallow bowl, whisp together sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. 
  6. Brush each donut with melted butter then toss in sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  7. Serve.
  8. Enjoy!!!!
