Apple Cider Donuts
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl. mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, all spice, and salt. Slowly mix in apple cider, milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Beat until well blended.
- Fill each donut cup 3/4 full. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
- All to cool a few minutes before removing from pan.
- In a shallow bowl, whisp together sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Brush each donut with melted butter then toss in sugar mixture until evenly coated.
- Serve.
