Happy Monday. I am well rested after a somewhat relaxing weekend, if you count having to rewash everything on Sunday that I washed on Friday but that's a another story for a different day. Besides doing laundry I watched some Hallmark Christmas movies and got ready for the week ahead.

1- Have you ever kept a gratitude journal? yes. I started last month getting back into it. This month I am doing a Gratitude Challenge.
2- Hosting Thanksgivings at your house? This is the first time we are hosting, I am excited and nervous.
3- Favorite Food from the Thanksgiving menu? Broccoli Casserole
4- What one thing in Nature are you most grateful for? Winter always turns into Spring, seasons always change and there is always tomorrow for a better day.
5- Pumpkin Pie? Yes please with lots of whip cream
6- Traditional Cookbook? Yes. I love a good cookbook that I can hold, but I still go online to look up a lot and get ideas. I have started printing out my favorite recipes and putting them in a binder for easy findings.
7- Over Baked or Deep-fried Turkey? Over Baked, I've never had but would love to try a deep fried turkey
8- Thanksgiving Leftovers? yes please, it always tastes better the next day.
9- What is one household product you are grateful for? Gosh this was honestly a hard one for me to come up with. Can I say my vacuum that is over 10 years old and still works like a champ and cleans up the crumby mess Austin makes everyday, sometime multiple times a day. #boymom
10- Are you most grateful for home cooked meals or restaurant meals? Home cooked meals 100%. Especially ones I don't have to make.
