Mango Salsa

Mango Salsa

  • 1 mango chopped
  • 1/4 purple onion diced
  • 1/4 pepper (I had orange on hand)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 cup cilantro 
  • lemon juice
  • salt/pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste
  3. Let salsa rest in fridge for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Serve
  5. Enjoy
