Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 mango chopped
- 1/4 purple onion diced
- 1/4 pepper (I had orange on hand)
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- lemon juice
- salt/pepper
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste
- Let salsa rest in fridge for at least 10 minutes.
- Serve
- Enjoy
