FREE Workouts for the WHOLE Family

The world we live in is changing everyday. From schools being cancelled, gyms closed, and Ohio just announced a stay at home order that starts tonight. We don't know when everything will be back to normal (hopefully soon). You might be craving some movement and connection with others! I know I am.

Beachbody decided to put together a list of FREE workouts that you can stream right from your home to keep active. You don't even need to sign up for anything.

I decided that I want to help support others who might currently be feeling out of control, wanting a way to stay active at home with all the craziness going on, or just feel lost. 

Here is the scoop. I am going to host a 14 day FREE group over on Facebook. 
  • 14 day free group with a different workout each day to do at home
  • sample meal plans
  • a place to find positivity, motivation, and support

Barre Blend Sample Workout

Elise Joan's program is a low impact, total body workout that's a mix of ballet, barre, pilates, and cardio interval training. All you need is 1-5 pound weights and a chair or barre. Even though you are using such little weights you will see amazing results and be complaining about "just 3 pounds"

Workouts for the WHOLE FAMILY.

My team is hosting a huge Little Virtual Gym. It is a facebook group that is geared towards overall health, fitness, and wellness. We are providing free workouts, meal ideas, kids activities and more. We have three set times each day where we can workout live together via virtual video conferences. It is a fun community for families. Ella is loving doing the workouts while also watching others do the workouts. She said it was "cool and better than gym class"
