~ ONE ~
Brian surprised me for my birthday by inviting my parent, sister, niece, and best friend over for dinner. My mom made me chocolate cupcakes with homemade cream cheese frosting.
~ TWO ~
Audrianna just loves Austin so much that she tries to eat him when she kisses him.
~ THREE ~
I completed Lift 4. It was my goal to get it done before my birthday this past Monday. I finished on Sunday with a double workout.
Yes the scale moved, yes the numbers of my measurements went down. But there’s more that has changed.
I am stronger
I am getting muscle definition
I am gaining confidence
I pushed myself when I didnt want to.
I made a commitment and stuck to it.
I made the time to workout even though it wasnt at 530 am like I wanted.
I lost 3.2 lbs and 1.5 inches in my waist alone.
Losing weight has been harder this time around after baby #3 and exclusively breastfeeding. My journey is so much more than the number on the scale or inches lost.
~ FOUR ~
Ella wrote out her schedule for Thursday. I had joked with her that she had to wake up with the baby at 630 since the day before Ella had slept in until 10 and I wanted to sleep in. She did get up with the baby surprisingly and "slept in" aka laid in bed and listened to them playing and having fun. I love how she goes back and forth between tv, tablet, and playing with the baby. My favorite time was 2:30 become a mermaid.
Disclaimer No Ella did not spend all day on her tablet or tv.
