Homemade Granola
Ingredients:
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts)
- 3 TBSP brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1.4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 TBSP coconut oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix oats, nuts, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a small sauce pan, stir honey and coconut oil until smooth.
- Pour honey mixture over oat mixture. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet.
- Bake until golden, about 35-40 minutes. Stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool.
- Enjoy
- Store in air tight container for up to 30 days.
