Everyday, sometimes numerous times a day you can find us curled up somewhere reading books. This past month we have really gotten back into the habit of reading to the kids, and Ella reading a chapter book to one of us. My kids love being read to, and looking at colorful pictures. It is a great bonding time as well as taking a minute to just sit down and relax.
A few weeks ago Audrianna and Austin received a bunch of books in the mail, also for me to review from Priddy Books and MomsMeet.com. They honestly are Audrianna's favorite books right now. We have them on her bookshelf and she grabs them all the time.
The books we received to review were: First 100 Numbers; See, Touch, Feel; Alphaprints: Colors; Bright Baby: Touch and Feel Baby Animals; and My First Play and Learn Farm.
Austin is loving the My First Plan and Learn Farm that has 28 reusable play pieces used for matching, patterns, sorting, and lots of hours of fun. I love that this book has a small storage area attached so we don't lose the pieces, which we all know always happens.
As a parent I love the engaging interactive stories with large pictures. The books help kids learn colors, counting, first words, textures, matching, and more. Piddy books are available on Amazon and would be a great gift for baby showers, birthday parties and just because. I never complain when my kids receive books.
