Air Fryer Pumpkin Seeds

 Every year while carving pumpkins we also roast pumpkin seeds. It is so time consuming and  not my favorite thing to do, but I love to eat the pumpkin seeds. This year I did it a little different. I let my pumpkin seeds sit over night to dry and used the air fryer. They turned out so good and so much easier. 



Air Fryer Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:

  • pumpkin seeds
  • EVOO
  • salt 
  • other seasoning (optional)
Directions:
  1. Remove seeds from pumpkin. Remove guts/pulp from pumpkin seeds. 
  2. Place seeds in colander, rinse to help remove rest of pulp.
  3. Lay seeds on towel and let dry. (I do overnight) you want seeds to be completely dry
  4. Place seeds in bowl. Stir in EVOO and salt.
  5. Place seeds in air fryer basket. 
  6. Roast for 10-15 minutes at 390 degrees
  7. Remove and let cool.
  8. Enjoy
  9. Store in air tight container
