Breadless Stuffing
Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1 onion diced
- 10 baby carrots diced
- 2 stalked of celery diced
- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 head of cauliflower diced
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 apple diced
- salt/pepper
- 1/4 red wine
- 1/4 chicken broth
- rosemary
- parsley
- oregano
- sage
Directions:
- In a large skillet melt butter.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Saute until softened, about 5 minutes
- Add garlic, cauliflower, mushrooms, and apples. Saute another 8-10 minutes.
- Add wine and chicken broth and seasonings. Simmer 10- 15 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
- Serve
