Hawaiian Pork Chops


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 pineapple rings
  • 3/4 tsp cornstrach

Directions: 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, ketchup and garlic. 
  2. Place pork chops in a glass baking dish. Spread soy sauce mixture on top. Flip and coat other side. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to 24 hours
  3. Preheat oven to 375.
  4. Remove baking dish from fridge. Pour extra marinade into small saucepan.
  5. Bake pork chops for 30 minutes.
  6. While pork is baking, over medium heat bring rest of marinade to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Add cornstarch stirring frequently to thicken. 
  7. Top pork chop with pineapple and extra sauce.
  8. Serve
  9. Enjoy
