Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
 - 1/2 cup pineapple juice
 - 2 Tbsp ketchup
 - 2 Tbsp minced garlic
 - 4 boneless pork chops
 - 4 pineapple rings
 - 3/4 tsp cornstrach
 
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, ketchup and garlic.
 - Place pork chops in a glass baking dish. Spread soy sauce mixture on top. Flip and coat other side. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to 24 hours
 - Preheat oven to 375.
 - Remove baking dish from fridge. Pour extra marinade into small saucepan.
 - Bake pork chops for 30 minutes.
 - While pork is baking, over medium heat bring rest of marinade to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Add cornstarch stirring frequently to thicken.
 - Top pork chop with pineapple and extra sauce.
 - Serve
