Air Fryer Garlic Cream Scallops
Ingredients:
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- salt/pepper
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 3 Tbsp almond milk
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix scallops with EVOO, and lightly season with salt and pepper. Place in air fryer basket. Air Fry at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, flipping half way.
- In a small sauce pan, heat EVOO, pesto, garlic, and almond milk. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Pour scallops into a small mixing bowl. Combine with garlic sauce.
- Serve over your favorite pasta, I used zoodles.
