Four Things

Hey loves. Happy Monday. How was your Valentine's Weekend? We had a great time. Brian and I had a date night on Friday. The rest of the weekend we just spent doing a bunch of projects around the house. Today I am just sharing 4 things that are on my mind, on my heart, and that I am loving.

~ ONE ~

New family time fun. The kids got two different sets of magnetic tiles for Christmas. They are so much fun using your imagination and creating things. Audrianna can sit and play with them by herself, she also loves destroying whatever you make. Austin likes building houses and tunnels with them.

Doesn't it look like a cat?

~ TWO ~

On Saturday morning we got Chic Fil A for breakfast. Brian got an biscuit sandwich that was in the shape of a heart. I love all the little details around Valentine's Day. Hearts are my favorite.

~ THREE ~

I came home from picking up Ella the other morning to find Audrianna dressed and looking adorable in mouse ears. Brian had put her in a Minnie Mouse dress with a long sleeve shirt underneath and pajama pants. She kept her ears on for a while too. It makes me really miss Disney World.

~ FOUR ~

Brian and I had a date night. His family watched the kids. Audrianna didn't cry when we left. She was also asleep when we got home. Our food was delicious even though our service sucked and we waited over an hour and a half for entree, which was an hour after we got our app. But it was nice to get out.

I got a haircut and color last week also.

Your hair color looks amazing! Looks very good on you. Family time for us consists of movies or the skatepark.

  3. My boys used to love magnatiles! We have been really hit or miss with service lately too; my son actually got his salad AFTER he was done eating his steak the last time we ate at our local Outback. The restaurants all have signs that meals can't last more than an hour but they were joking that they'd have to leave without paying since the hour was up. I can only assume they are struggling due to the dramatic cuts in employees and I try to be patient with that but I'd rather they just tell me they don't have enough staff and suggest we get take out.
