 Instant Pot Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:

• 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 peppers of your choice sliced
• 2 Tbsp EVOO
• homemade fajita seasoning
• 1/4 cup water

Directions:

• Drizzle EVOO in bottom of instant pot.
• Add chicken, peppers, onion and seasoning. Mix everything so the chicken and the peppers are well coated in the spices.
• Seal the lid, and make sure that the valve is in sealing position. Choose manual  high for 5 minutes. Once the cooking is finished, do a quick release.
• Serve
• Enjoy!!!
