 Cobb Salad

Ingredients: no measurements, use what you have and what you enjoy.
  • protein of your choice (we used shrimp and chicken)
  • greens of your choice (we used romaine and spinach)
  • tomatoes
  • hard boiled eggs
  • shredded cheese
  • dressing of your choice
  • avocado (optional)
  • Bacon (optional) 

Directions:
  1. Place ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Top with your choice of salad dressing
  3. Serve
  4. Enjoy!!!
