Cilantro Lime Chicken


Instant Pot Cilantro Lime Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp EVOO
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to the instant pot. 
  2. Set Instant Pot to manual. Cook on high for 4 minutes.
  3. Once done cooking do a quick release of steam. 
  4. Serve
  5. Enjoy!!!
