Crock Pot Chicken Biscuit
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- salt/pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- parsley
- 2 can vegetables (optional, I used green beans)
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can fridge biscuits
Directions:
- In a large crock pot, place chicken in bottom. Add veggies
- In a large bowl mix together cream of mushroom, salt/pepper/ onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, and chicken broth. Dump mixture over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- While chicken is cooking, cut up each biscuit into 6 to 10 pieces and set aside.
- When cooking is done, stir biscuits into chicken mixture. If mixture is to thick you can add up to 1 cup of chicken broth or water to help thin out.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
- Serve
