Skillet Lasagna
Ingredients:
- 1lb ground beef
1lb lasagna noodles, broken into pieces or whatever pasta you have on hand
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 jar pasta sauce of choice
- 16 oz skin ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
Directions:
- Bring water to boil in a large pot. Cook pasta per directions on package.
- In a large skillet on medium heat. Heat the oil and brown ground beef, breaking it up as you go. Add onion and cook until translucent
- Drain grease from meat mixture.
- Stir sauce into meat mixture. Summer for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Once noodles are done, drain them and add to skillet, folding into sauce and meat mixture. Stir in mozzarella and parmesan until combined and melted.
- Turn off heat. Add in ricotta. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir.
- Serve
