Creamy Chicken Veggie Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced into bite size pieces
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4oz can chopped green chiles
- 4 cups Swanson Chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 can Pregresso Creamy Mushroom Soup
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 10 green beans, diced
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- Red Pepper Flake
- salt/pepper
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Stir.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve with your favorite garnishes (cheese, chives, avocado, tortillas chips)
