Italian Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- salt/pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Lightly spray foil with EVOO.
- In a medium skillet, add onion, and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
- In a large bowl combine, ground meat, onion mixture, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Italian seasoning, Parmesan and salt/pepper.
- Place 1 inch meatballs on baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Serve as desired
