Protein Bites

 Protein Bites


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops Cafe Latte Shakeology or any protein powder
  • 1/4 cup local honey
  • 1 cup nut butter (I used sunflower seed butter from Trader Joes)


  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together. 
  2. With hands roll into 1 inch balls.
  3. Serve 
  4. Enjoy
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
