 Lemon Garlic Salmon


  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt/pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut two pieces of foil big enough to make a pocket around your salmon.
  2. Place salmon in foil. Season with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice and garlic powder. Wrap foil around salmon to seal as a pocket. 
  3. Back for 13-15 minutes. (internal temp 145 degrees)
  4. Serve
  5. Enjoy!!!
