 Air Fryer Beets

Ingredients:
  • raw beets
  • EVOO
  • salt

Directions: 
  1. Peel the beets, I used a potato peeler.
  2. Cut up beets into bite size pieces.
  3. Place in bowl and lightly coat with EVOO and lightly season with salt.
  4. Air fry at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, stirring half way through.
  5. Serve
  6. Enjoy!!!
