Apple BBQ Chicken Wrap
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 diced onion
- 1 large apple or two small, grated
- 12 oz BBQ sauce
- wraps
- desired toppings
Directions:
- In a slow cooker, add chicken, apple juice, and onion.
- Grate apple with a cheese grater over top chicken. Add 3/4 of the bottle of BBQ sauce.
- Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
- Once chicken is done, remove chicken from slow cooker and some sauce. Shred with mixer or two forks.
- Add extra bbq sauce.
- Spread down middle of wrap. Add desired toppings, we did lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
- Serve
- Enjoy!!!!
