Pumpkin Cafe Latte Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 8 oz water
- 8 oz coconut milk (or other milk alternative)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop cafe latte protein powder (I use shakeology)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp milled flax seed
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
topped with mocha cold foam and pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth
- Top with desired toppings
- Enjoy!!
