Pumpkin Spice Chia

 Pumpkin Pie Chia


  • 4 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 ground nutmeg 
  • 2 cups milk (I used coconut milk)
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 spiced chai tea bags
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract


  1. In a saucepan over low heat, stir  together pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, cloved, and nutmeg. 
  2. Add milk, brown sugar, and the tea bags. Stir until everything is combined and the tea has steeped. Remove tea bags.
  3. Remove from heat and froth until doubles in size.
  4. Pour into 2 cups. Top is desired
  5. Serve
