~ WHAT I AM REMINISCING ABOUT ~
This was back in 2017 when Ella and Austin got along and visibly loved each other. I hope one day they have this same love again.
January 2020 my princess was 6 months old. Now she is almost 5 but still makes the cutest faces.
~ WHAT I AM LOVING ~
Ella is obsessed with Taylor Swift. She always seems to find something Taylor associated everywhere we go. Even on vacation half the stores we went into had a Taylor song playing and there was even a Taylor Swift themed Christmas tree at the aquarium.
Is it Spring yet? Someone has been sick in our house since Thanksgiving. I am thankful for my activate-c from my wellness box helping to keep me healthy to be able to take care of everyone else.
The three triplets with braids. I was wearing braids to stop my hair from frizzing because my hair was straightened and it was raining. Then Ella wanted braids and Anna wanted to match us.
My last simple necklace got broken (thank you Anna) so I grabbed myself this simple cross necklace. It is the perfect length.
~ WHAT WE HAVE BEEN UP TO ~
We started off the New Year in Myrtle Beach.
We relaxed, played putt putt, visited the Ripley's Aquarium, played at the beach, and lots of swimming at the pool.
Our weekends have been spent with our neighbors, either at their house or our house. Kids playing, lots of food, and usually football.
I started watching my girlfriends daughter again. It has turned into watching both her daughters on the freeze and ice days.
We finally got snow and it was enough to go sledding and not freezing cold.
Austin has been doing basketball for the past few weeks. He had his first game last weekend and scored 5 baskets himself.
Don't we all want to catch snowflakes on our tongue.
~ WHAT I AM DREADING ~
I have one sick kid right now. I just have my motherly feeling that the rest of the house is going to get what she has.
~ WHAT I AM WORKING ON ~
~ WHAT I AM WATCHING ~
I am still watching Hallmark and Great American Family Christmas movies that I recorded back in November and December. If that tells you how much I watch tv.
~ WHAT I AM READING ~
Stolen Away by Jennie Marts
~ WHAT I AM LISTENING TO ~
Let It Be Me by Kait Nolan
~ WHAT I AM WEARING ~
Nothing new. Same leggings, tank tops, and sweatshirts as always. Little by little I am going through my clothes and getting rid of items that are stained and/or I no longer wear.
~ FAVORITE AMAZON PURCHASE THIS MONTH ~
I have been doing a No Spend January besides essentials. With that I only bought a few things. If I had to pick a favorite it would be color my bath tablets for my kids. They are non-toxic and eco friendly. There are a bunch of different colors and sizes to mix and match.
~ WHAT WE ARE DOING THIS WEEKEND ~
Swiftie Saturday at a local library with trivia and bracelet making with Ella. To celebrate some family birthdays we are all suppose to be going out to a nice Italian dinner on Saturday also. I have opted to not take my littles as they won't eat anything and the place doesn't have a kids menu.
~ WHAT I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT MONTH ~
Valentine's Day, Fat Tuesday/ Mardi Gras and lots of fun with my family.
Thank you for stopping by!!!!! If you are new here,
Feel free to follow along.
XOXO
I hope your mother's intuition is wrong and no one else gets sick! Your new necklace is very pretty.
