What We Ate Week 15

 Hey friends. Happy Monday. I did better this week with taking pictures of what I ate. I have been tracking my food, working towards calorie and protein goals and more veggies.

Salad with some fruit and other veggies and homemade reach. Chicken sausage as my protein.

Snack

veggies and hummus 


cucumber with ranch seasoning, a new favorite

Shake

rice cake with peanut butter and chocolate chips

Dinner

Monday- steak-ums on hot dog buns with fruit and red potato fries

Tuesday

 Pulled pork tacos

Wednesday


rotisserie chicken salad with fruit and potato salad

Thursday

leftovers- I had chicken salad on a bagel

Friday 

Homemade sourdough pizza
