Gratitude Challenge- Start Each Day with a Grateful Heart

Hey friends. Can you believe that Halloween is next week? That means that 2024 is almost over. It also means November is almost here. I have a lot hate relationship with the month of November. I love the changing of the leaves, the time with family, and cooler temps. I hate that I don't get to decorate for Christmas until after Thanksgiving, which this year means not until November 29th.

The month of November also means showing gratitude to the ones around us, and being thankful for what we have. Every morning as part of my "me time" morning routine I write down what I am grateful for. A few years ago I did a fun Gratitude challenge. This year I created a gratitude challenge with a 30 day challenge workbook that can be printed or edited as a pdf file. I would love for you to participate with me.

The Gratitude Workbook is available in my Etsy shop as a digital download. It is 47 pages. I am so excited for you all to see it. I created a gratitude challenge to help you dive deeper each day in the month of November or any 30 days. Includes is:
  • 30 Days of Quick Gratitude
  • 30 Daily Prompts Gratitude Calendar
  • Blank Calendar
  • 30 Daily Prompts Gratitude Writing Lines
  • Gratitude Jar
  • Photo a Day Gratitude Challenge

There are so many benefits to writing down what you are grateful for, but gratitude doesn't come easy for everyone. Did you know that grateful heart is less stressed, less anxious, less fearful, and less angry. It can be overwhelming and scary when you are starting to write or even think about what you are grateful or. Writing in a gratitude journal can just be for your own personal self, you don't have to share with anyone. It is an awesome reminder of what good currently going on in our life.

Gratitude is: the feeling of being thankful; a readiness to show appreciation and to return kindness.

My usual morning gratitude is writing in a gratitude journal. Everyday I write down three things that I a grateful for. It is a great way to get into the habit of practicing gratitude. In the workbook I created, I have included 30 days of quick gratitude in the workout book.

This month I am digging deeper with this challenge. I have created a gratitude workbook that has different prompts every day. I have printed it out and I will be writing in the workbook. The prompts are simple but make you think outside the box. Such as yes I am grateful for sunshine that makes me happy, or rain to water my plants. An example of the prompt is "What experience am I grateful for? and why?"

Take one prompt each day and take some time to sit with it and see where it takes you. Then write as much or as little as you like in your workbook. This could take a few minutes or longer if you have the time.

Feel free to do the gratitude journal prompts in order or you can mix up the order if you like,  but try to go through a different one each day and get through all 30 prompts in 30 days.

As a bonus I am also doing a Photo a Day for Gratitude Challenge on social media. I will be sharing a post everyday with the prompt and a brief why on Instagram, you can follow along @momlifewithAdrienne I will also do a weekly recap on Saturdays here on my blog.  I would love for you to join on the photo a day gratitude challenge with me on Instagram. The prompts for each day are above.

I am so excited and would love for you to join me in the Start Each Day with a Grateful Heart Gratitude Challenge with the Gratitude Workbook or in the Photo a Day Gratitude Challenge or both.
