Creamy Chicken Pot Pie Soup with Noodles
Ingredients:
- EVOO
- 1 lb chicken, boneless skinless, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 10 oz frozen mixed veggies
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- egg noodles
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- salt/pepper
Directions:
- In a pot cook noodles per directions on packaging.
- In a large stock pot, drizzle EVOO.
- Add chicken. Cook until no longer pick. Season with salt and pepper
- Add onion, cook until translucent about 2-3 minutes.
- Add minced garlic cook 30 seconds.
- Add in mixed veggies, heavy cream, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup. Add seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Add cooked egg noodles.
- Serve
