Chicken and Veggies Sheet Pan

Ingredients:

  • chicken tenders
  • veggies of your choice (broccoli, zucchini, squash, carrots, sweet potatoes, etc)
  • EVOO
  • salt/pepper
  • seasoning of your choice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Toss veggies and chicken in seasoning, season with your heart.
  3. Spread in a single layer on sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping chicken and veggies half way through
  5. Serve
  6. Enjoy!!!
