 Parmesan Crusted Salmon


Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp EVOO
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional) 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare baking sheet by spraying with EVOO
  2. In a small bowl mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, EVOO, garlic powder and salt/pepper
  3. Place salmon fillets on baking sheet. Top each fillet with with Parmesan mixtures by gently pressing down with a spoon.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve
  6. Enjoy!!!
