Wellness Wednesday

 Hey loves. How is your week going? Yesterday and today is going good, Monday was not a good day. I feel like it goes back and worth of productive weeks and I don't want to get out of bed or off the couch. I am so ready for warmer weather and sunshine. Right now the forecast for the next week is above 50, minus today and tomorrow. Hopefully we have finally made the turn for warmer weather.

  1. Not bad but it's not always easy getting those workouts and steps in is it? I find it gets much easier once the nice weather does turn up! I really really like the idea of setting a goal each week with a tangible reward for meeting it at the end. That might just motivate me to move more too!
