Hey loves. Happy Wednesday. Anyone else having a crazy week? I am thankful for some routines and habits helping me get through this week. Even though I haven't been 100% consistent, I am still feeling good with my progress.

Accountability
I said a few months ago I needed accountability. I am sharing all my evidence to keep myself accountable and each weeks goals.
Currently I am doing workouts from The Faster Way to Weight Loss. I am loving the simple but effective workouts. They are around 30 minutes including a warm-up and cool down. They release a new workout everyday but I am only getting in between 3 and 4 workouts a week. I am also focusing on getting my steps and more protein.
The past few days I have been dealing with a lingering headache, possible sinuses or migraine that is only on the left side of my head around my eye. The pain dulls with medicine but doesn't completely go away. I have been listening to my body, resting, sleep, and all the water.

You did a great job! I find workout days are usually the days I can reach my 10,000 step goal without a ton of extra effort.
