Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp dill
- 3/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Using a blender, shred cucumber. Drain out any excess liquid.
- Combine rest of ingredients.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Serve
- Enjoy
