Hey friends. Recapping what we ate last week. I broke it down into each day instead of each meal. Tomorrow I will have a new post along with a Youtube video sharing our menu for this week and grocery haul.
Sunday - Mother's Day
We hosted brunch. Here is our menu:
- sausage gravy
- biscuits
- bacon
- egg casserole
- macaroni salad
- salad
Dinner with our neighbors, the dads took care of the moms
- risotto
- salad
- veggies
- shrimp
Monday
breakfast- sausage gravy with eggs and French fries with a little cheese.
Lunch- roasted red pepper wrap with chicken, lettuce, cheese, and tomato
dinner- garlic expression baked chicken salad
Tuesday
breakfast- sausage gravy with eggs and tator tots with a little cheese.
lunch- roasted red pepper wrap with chicken, lettuce, cheese, and tomato
dinner- Shrimp tacos with cilantro lime crema
Wednesday
breakfast- sausage egg and cheese on a sourdough bagel
lunch- roasted red pepper wrap with chicken, lettuce, cheese, and tomato
dinner- Bourbon salmon with rice, green beans, and sourdough bread
Thursday
breakfast- bagel and cream cheese
lunch- roasted red pepper wrap with chicken, lettuce, cheese, and tomato
dinner- leftover salmon and rice
Friday
breakfast- egg and cheese sourdough bagel sandwich
lunch- roasted red pepper wrap with chicken, lettuce, cheese, and tomato
dinner- ordered in Stella Mia I got Chicken Marsala
Saturday-
brunch- at the Cleveland Art Museum, I had avocado toast with a poached egg
dinner- sourdough pizza with our neighbors.
