Friday Favorites

Hey friends. Happy Friday. The last few days have been pretty hot here in Ohio. I am looking forward to this weekend and next week with cooler temps and enjoying our last week of summer before the kids start back to school on September 8 and 9.

Time for some Friday Favorites with these lovely ladies: Erika, and Andrea.

~ ONE ~

Audrianna is such an outdoor baby. She cried when you take her in the house. I pulled out some kids chairs from our shed and she loved sitting in all of them. Then standing on them and tipping over. Don't worry she didn't get hurt on the chairs.

~ TWO ~

Another family walk down by the river watching the boats come in and kayaks. Ella keeps asking for us to take her kayaking. I would love to go, but Brian has never went before so he is skeptical.

There are a lot of little paths off the main trail that take you down by the river. The kids love going down them. Some are way to steep for them. Ella wants to go back when we don't have the baby in the stroller so I can adventure with her.

~ THREE ~

"Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain"

The kids were out playing in the rain, in their pj's (Austin in clothes from the day before) before breakfast having fun.

~ FOUR ~

Another day of not changing out of our pj's. I am loving that all the kids enjoy playing with Dublo blocks.

~ FIVE ~

5 days in a row working out completing #mbf for a second time. It is a 3 week program that took me 6 weeks to complete. Progress over perfection. This time around I am committed to completing the program in 3 weeks. (if you are interested in doing this workout or joining my virtual gym send me a message)

Part of the program has AMRAP which is As Many Rounds As Possible in 4 minutes. When I finished the first round my number was 6. This week I did 7 1/2. Seeing progress.

In case you missed, here's a quick look at the blog this week:

Thank you for stopping by!!!!! If you are new here,

  1. Living on the lake we kayak often and my kids all took it up around 10; before that they would take turns sitting with an adult on the "floor" of the kayak because if you aren't tall enough you can't really reach the paddle into the water to navigate.
