Hey friends. Happy Monday. I hope you had a great weekend. I got catch up on some blog work, things around the house, and prepared the week ahead. This week we start hybrid for Ella. Two days a week I will be in the car a lot (sorry baby) to take Ella to school, pick Austin up from school, and pick Ella up from school. I see a lot of podcasts in my future, which I am ok with.
Its time for another Not Just A Mom link up.

This month we are getting crafty.
I have big aspirations of being crafty. From sewing, to painting, to making things. But it hasn't happened yet. I buy the stuff then just never do it. I had a bunch of fabric that was sitting in a box for years that my mom ended up using to make masks when Covid started. For Kindergarten Ella had an assignment to create a unique hat. I had everything she needed minus the hat to make her hat.
As I am sitting at the dining room table I see a painting I did a few years ago. I had a girlfriend who was doing painting parties and I attended two of them. The first one was a mermaid tail that I gave to Ella. (I looked in her room to take a picture of it and I have no idea where it went) The other one is this moon and wine photo. I have to admit that the bottle, moon, and glass were stencils so it made it very easy.
I noticed another thing I made. This Mickey Mouse/Minnie Mouse fall wreath. It has seen better days, the one ear is falling off. I also have a 4th of July one I made a few years ago.
Are you crafty?
Even falling apart your Minnie wreath is adorable.
ReplyDeleteI like the wreath!
