Friday Favorites

Happy Friday. I am so excited for the weekend. We have had a rough week on so many levels from virtual learning, Audrianna's sleeping, kids behaving, and plans changing. This weekend we have a date night planned as an early birthday present for Brian. Fingers crossed everything goes works out.

Now lets focus on the things that went well for the week. My Friday Favorites....

Time for some Friday Favorites with these lovely ladies: Erika, and Andrea.

~ ONE ~

Audrianna got this cute Santa Claus book bag from my mom. When she first got him she wanted nothing to do with him. Now she likes kissing him.

~ TWO ~

Audrianna has had a rough week of sleeping again. She is teething. Fingers crossed she stays asleep a little longer it is 530 am and I am working on this post. She has been in her bed, our bed, she has been in my arms, and she has been on the couch. Only sleeping a few hours at a time. Knock on wood last night has been the best night maybe we will get back to normalacy again. The other night I did end up enjoying the quiet time and Christmas tree lights and reading some more of a book.

~ THREE ~

We got our first real snow and boy did we get snow. I went to bed the night before at 11 and it wasn't even snowing. When I woke up the next morning we had about 8 inches.

The kids loved it. Ella had a snow day because there were a lot of power, internet, and phone outages due to very heavy snow. They went outside 3 different times to play. Brian was out there 5 different times keeping up with the snow as it kept coming down.

We ended up getting a total of 15 inches.

~ FOUR ~

We brought some snow in the house for Audrianna to play with. She had a blast and got made when it all melted and she was wet and cold.

~ FIVE ~

I did end up taking Audrianna outside in the cute little bear snow suit. She couldn't walk because the snow was to deep but loved playing in it. I took her down where the kids had made a path and she had fun touching and sitting in the snow. She did not want to go in the house even though her cheeks were rosy.

  1. Aw! The snow pics bring back memories. In Maine we would get storms like that too! Hard to imagine now, after 5 years in California. I hope you guys start sleeping soon.. I know how hard it is to function on little to no sleep- no fun at all. Xo
