Friday Favorites- 5.16.25

Hey loves. Happy Friday. Life got even crazier this week with baseball games starting. One day Anna and Austin had games at the same time and Brian is the coach for both, oh the fun of trying to be in multiple places at the same time (Even though it didn't work out that way that was the original plan). Next week I have a day where I need to be 4 places at the same time, which is going to be fun. Welcome to Maycember. How was your week?

Time for some Friday Favorites with these lovely ladies: Erika, and Andrea.

~ ONE ~

Ella had her yearly music all day fundraiser where she sang in the choir (she only sang 4 songs). I didn't take any pictures of her with my phone (I took them with her phone and I keep forgetting to ask her to send them to me.) At the event they have a instrument petting zoo where you can try different instruments. Anna picked the violin. Even the smallest one they had was too big for her but she was so excited.

Austin tried the trumpet. He was nervous he was going to break something, which he didn't tell us that until afterwards and I explained it is hard to break a trumpet. Maybe he will follow in my footsteps and play the trumpet. (Ella played the trumpet for a year and the flute for a year)

~ TWO ~

Ella and I ran to the store then I surprised her with Starbucks. A little treat and one on one time with mom.

~ THREE ~

I love when Ella is in a mood to play with her siblings and neighbor kids. She did an obstacle course and played some sort of school.

~ FOUR ~

Austin had his first baseball game of the season on Monday. It is his first year doing kid pitch. He was nervous that someone was going to hit him because he got hit during practice a couple of times. It is going to happen it is all learning and part of the game. He did good. His first time up he got walked, and ended up getting a point. His next two times he stuck out.
Austin also had a game on Wednesday that I was unable to make it to. (I was home with a sick Anna). He ended up hitting the ball and stole a base.

~ FIVE ~

Before school fun. The sun is shining, the weather is finally warm. Anna and Austin have been playing outside before school most mornings.

Anna has been watering all the flowers too.

~ SIX ~

Anna was home sick on Thursday with strep throat. I took her to express care on Wednesday afternoon and get her medicine. She was feeling so much better on Thursday but couldn't go back to school until she was on antibiotics for 24 hours. I found her in her room reading books and playing Barbies.
