Hey loves. Lets talk about food. Who else is noisy and likes to know what other people eat in a week. Today I am linking up with Shay and Erika for their monthly Lets Look series.
I had planned a few weeks ago to take pictures of everything I ate. I shared a lot on Instagram stories that week too. Towards the end of the week I fell off track of taking photos. I didn't remember to take photos of everything I ate.
Disclaimer- Everyone is different. If someone ate the same food as me they could gain weight, lose weight, burn more calories, etc. You should never follow someone else's meals to a T listen to your own body. Also I am still breastfeeding, which means I need a little more calories in a day.
Mid morning snack a blood orange, I forgot to take a picture before I ate most of it.
Dinner- Homemade alfredo with a air fried chicken patty, oven spaghetti squash. and a salad
Monday-
Breakfast Brian made a cheddar bagel with egg, cheese, guacamole, and a hash brown. I only ate half of it.
Mid morning snack a blood orange, I forgot to take a picture before I ate most of it.
Lunch- Brian was home and made a tuna fish sandwich with lettuce and tomato, with a side of sweet peppers.
After workout- mid afternoon snack. Vegan Cafe Latte Shakeology with 1/2 frozen banana, 2 tbsp PB2, 8oz almond milk, 8oz water.
Tuesday
Breakfast- Trader Joes Cocoa and Salt oatmeal and guacamole toast with everything but the bagel seasoning
Mid morning snack- celery and PB
Lunch- Brian was home and made a lunchmeat sandwich with lettuce and cheese. and chips. (Anna ate most of my chips)
Mid afternoon snack- shake, same as day before.
Dinner- Firecracker shrimp tacos
Wednesday
Breakfast- spinach, mushroom, and ham quiche with an orange
Afternoon lunch I had my shake.
Anna was with my parents this day and I was home cleaning and scrubbing carpets. I had a handful of pretzels through the day. For dinner my parents made rigatoni.
Thursday
Breakfast- the last piece of quiche
I had an extra coffee from Panera while Anna was at preschool.
Afternoon- celery and Pb, and a shake. I also stole a few chicken fries from Anna.
Dinner- Burger Bites over a salad with homemade ranch and baked red skin potatoes
Last note. I drink at least 80 oz of water a day. I switch up my cups to add some excitement. I switch between cups, straws, and regular lids.
