Fire Cracker Shrimp

  • 12 oz medium shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp EVOO
  • 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • splash lime juice
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  1. In a bowl whisk together 1 Tbsp EVOO, sweet chili sauce, honey, lime juice, salt/pepper, and garlic powder
  2. Add shrimp to sauce. Coat evenly. Marinate in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp EVOO over medium heat. Add shrimp to the pan with all the extra sauce in the bowl.
  4. Cook 2-3 minutes per side. 
  5. Serve as desired
