 Homemade Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter, unsalted
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • pepper to taste

Directions:
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Whisk in heavy cream. Bring to a slow simmer, do NOT boil. cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. 
  4. 1/2 cup at a time whisk in cheese. Stirring consistently.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve over your favorite pasta, or zoodles.
  7. Enjoy!!!
